What We Offer

Casa Mateo offers a safe, welcoming environment for women and children who have recently entered the country in an effort to seek asylum. Our program was designed to provide the necessary time and trauma-informed care that our families need to build a foundation for success. This includes:

Shelter
Domitory-style housing in a safe and welcoming environment for approximately 90 days.

Healthcare
Access to services including well checks, immunizations, pediatrics, OB/GYN care, and more. Trauma-informed counseling from licensed social workers.

Legal Assistance
Legal services related to US immigration policies which may include assistance with asylum claims and work permits.

Case Management
Assistance with transition to permanent housing, school enrollment, income-earning opportunities, financial planning, and more.
